CS Plus works with community organisations to strengthen structures in the areas of Organisational Management, Financial Management, Human Resources and Service Delivery. Its team of training and development associates that bring with them a wealth of experience in these key areas. Further, the ethnicity of the team reflects the communities that CS Plus will work with (including the host community).
We provide independent and appropriate advice, practical assistance and skills. This will include both direct provision of services and access to funding to enable the organisations to provide services. Priority will be given to developing skills and services required by voluntary organisations and community enterprises so that they can operate to their full potential.
